Now We Are Two! (and a glittery manicure)

Yesterday, my blog turned two!  Yes, that's right... I've been doing this silly painting-my-nails-ant-taking-pictures thing for two whole years now.  I'm rather proud of myself for sticking it out this long!  And of course, thank you one and all for reading.  It wouldn't be the same without the wonderful comments and interactions that go along with blogging.

I've tried to convince Doug that 2 years of blogging means he should bake me a cake, but he doesn't seem to be buying it.

For my Second Blogiversary nail art, I decided to go for a confetti look.  I started with three thin coats of Sinful Colors Snow Me White and added two coats of Essence Circus Confetti to my index, middle, and pinky nails.  For two accent nails, I used a thin coat of Circus Confetti, avoiding the larger glitters, and placed glequinsfrom Born Pretty Store in a diagonal line.  For the other two accent nails I arranged the glequins into the number "2" instead.  I got lots of compliments on these nails at tonight's performance... apparently all the glitter makes them look more complicated than they are!

Thanks for sticking with me through two years of blogging... hopefully year three brings even better things!
